A Mission to Transform Engineering

Adrienne Potter is a technology executive whose career has been defined by one recurring mission: transforming engineering organizations from growth constraints into strategic business assets.

Over the past 17 years, she has repeatedly joined companies at pivotal moments (rapid growth, acquisition, organizational transition, or platform reinvention) and built the technical foundations that allow them to scale with confidence. Whether establishing engineering organizations from the ground up, modernizing delivery practices, or aligning technology investments with business strategy, Adrienne is known for creating operational discipline without sacrificing speed.

Scaling Through Growth and Acquisition

At Titan School Nutrition, Adrienne grew the engineering organization from three to fifteen engineers in under a year while expanding the platform from 20 to 47 states and leading the security and operational initiatives that positioned the company for acquisition. Following Titan's acquisition by EMS LINQ, she unified five of EMS LINQ's acquired products under a single engineering strategy, scaled the organization beyond 70 engineers, and established standardized SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices that supported a successful private equity transaction.

Data at Global Scale

Most recently, Adrienne led the engineering teams responsible for the data backbone of YouVersion, a global digital ministry platform serving more than one billion users. She defined the platform's long-term technology and data strategy, introduced AI-enabled engineering practices, and strengthened the infrastructure supporting personalization, reliability, and enterprise-scale delivery.

TechHalo Labs: Engineering the Foundation

Now, as Chief Technology Officer at TechHalo Labs, Adrienne is building the engineering foundation behind Halo360, bringing the operational rigor, scalable architecture, and technical leadership required to transform ambitious ideas into enterprise-ready products. She believes great engineering is not measured by the technology it creates, but by the businesses it enables to grow.
