SMS and RCS Messaging Terms

These terms govern the SKY text messaging program operated by TechHalo.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the Halo360 platform, including messages delivered by SMS and by RCS (Rich Communication Services). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to these terms.

1. Program Description

SKY is our AI Benefits Advisor. If you opt in, SKY sends you benefits messages on behalf of your employer, benefits broker, or third-party administrator. These messages support benefits enrollment and ongoing benefits service, and may include:

This is not a marketing program. We do not use this program to send you promotional offers from third parties.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Most messages are sent in direct response to a request you send us, which is typically one message per request. During an enrollment period you may also receive recurring messages, such as reminders about enrollment deadlines.

3. Cost

There is no charge from us for this program. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program. To rejoin, opt in again or contact us using the details below.

6. Carriers and Availability

Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and your device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. RCS features require a compatible device and carrier support; where RCS is unavailable, messages may be delivered as SMS.

7. Consent

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and is not required to enroll in or receive your benefits. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide.

8. Privacy and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

9. Additional Terms

These messaging terms form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use. Where these messaging terms conflict with the Terms of Use in relation to this messaging program, these messaging terms apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the program after any change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
